Itinerary:

Ratios:
There will be a maximum of: One member of Source's highly qualified staff to a maximum of Six clients. We feel this is the ideal number of people so our staff can ensure you get a high level of personal service alongside a good mix of characters.

Day 1: Starting the venture down the largest volume river in the UK. Great water for practising those river skills interspersed with rapids such as “Chinese Bridge” “Church pool rapid” the “fisherman's rapid” finishing the day above Grandtully rapids, home of the Scottish Canoe Associations (SCA) international slalom site. Camping at the SCA campsite offering a chance for a warm shower and a hot meal or a visit to the local chocolatier, restaurant or bar. All food is provided unless stated below, although your guide will co-ordinate the cooking it is assumed that everyone will muck in!

Day 2: Putting in below Grandtully rapids (option of the paddle for the brave!) the river meanders through arable land and forest weaving its way downstream, alongside the Ruin of the Cathedral before travelling under the picturesque bridge marking the town of Dunkeld and the end of your expedition. Finishing off with a celebratory Stovie in the Taybank Bar!

What's Included?
All technical and safety equipment: Canoe, Wooden Paddle, Helmet, Buoyancy aid, Kneeling Mat, Waterproof Barrel and a Group First Aid Kit.
All camp craft equipment: Tent (Two clients of same sex sharing), all cooking and eating utensils, First nights evening meal, Second days breakfast and a late lunch at the Taybank bar. (please state on booking, any dietary requirements)
Not Included - Sleeping bag, torch, personal clothing and footwear, additional luxuries items ie pack down pillow, alcoholic drinks, snacks and food out-with those stated above. Anything not mentioned in the list above.
